Steve Richards

Steve Richards is an accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. In 2023, Steve was appointed as the inaugural Managing Director for AmaWaterways in Australia, where he successfully led the launch of the U.S. based river cruise company in the local market. Based in Sydney, he currently oversees the sales, marketing, and commercial operations across Australia and New Zealand. Originally from South Africa and educated in Queensland, Steve now resides on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with his wife and two young children.
